Our power class focuses on developing rotational strength and speed, as well as power from the ground up. The power class is ideal for golfers who are looking to hit the ball further, as well improving overall strength and physical conditioning. This class is conducted on your club tennis court.
Our cardio class focuses on increasing cardio vascular fitness, as well as core strength and stamina. The cardio class is ideal for golfers who are looking to increase their energy levels on and off the course, resulting in consistent ball striking and constant focus. Regular cardio vascular training improves blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, body fat, mental wellness and more. This class is conducted outdoors.
